Do You Know This man.....

Let's be honest about something important. If you look at your own life—your thoughts, your actions, the things you wish you could take back—you know deep down that things aren't right. The Bible is clear about this, and it doesn't leave anyone out:

The plain truth is that we have all messed up. We have all missed the mark of God's perfect standard.

Romans 3:23 (KJV): "For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;"

And sin isn't just a minor mistake; it comes with a terrible price. When you work a job, you earn "wages." The wages we earn for sin is death—spiritual separation from God forever.

Romans 6:23 (First part, KJV): "For the wages of sin is death;..."

We all face two unavoidable appointments: death, and then judgment.

Hebrews 9:27 (KJV): "And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:"

You can't fix this problem yourself. No amount of good deeds can undo the wrongs you've done. You are facing a huge debt you can never pay.

The Good News: God's Incredible Gift

This is where the story changes completely! God knows we can't save ourselves, and because He loves us with an impossible love, He made a way out. He sent His Son, Jesus Christ, to pay the debt for us.

This is the most famous verse in the Bible, and it’s for you:

John 3:16 (KJV): "For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life."

God didn't wait for us to clean up our act. He showed His love right when we were at our worst—we were still sinners when Jesus died on the cross for us.

Romans 5:8 (KJV): "But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us."

Jesus took the punishment we deserved. When He was beaten and crucified, He was healing our brokenness and settling our account.

Isaiah 53:5 (KJV): "...he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed."

Your Move: Come to Christ Today

Jesus has already done the hardest part. Now, the choice is yours. God is inviting you right now to accept this free gift.

How do you do it?

Change Your Mind (Repent): 

You must be willing to turn away from your old life and your own ways. Confess your sin to God and decide to turn to Him.

Acts 3:19 (KJV): "Repent ye therefore, and be converted, that your sins may be blotted out..."

Trust with Your Whole Heart (Believe): 

You must believe that Jesus is who He claimed to be—the Son of God—and that His death and resurrection are enough to save you. Put your total trust in Him, not in yourself.

Romans 10:9 (KJV): "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved."
